Afternoon Tea Service
Our Afternoon Tea is reminiscent of a traditional Low Tea, historically enjoyed as a light afternoon snack before dinner. Low tea was typically served at a low table in comfortable chairs featuring petit fours. At The Vintage Tea, we've curated an experience that honors this tradition while infusing it with modern twists, ensuring your time with us is truly exceptional.
At our 'Prefixed' tea service, each guest will delight in a pot of their chosen tea from our extensive selection of premium loose-leaf teas. Served in exquisite vintage teapots and cups, the experience promises both elegance and charm.
Each pair of guests will be treated to a three-tiered tray laden with delights! Indulge in our selection of
8 sweet and savory finger sandwiches, accompanied by a crisp side salad. Savor the tradition with a freshly baked scone served with clotted cream, jam, and zesty lemon curd. Complete your experience with an assortment of exquisite petit fours, elegantly presented on the tiered tray.
Enjoy a fresh experience with every visit as we embrace the seasons. Our menu features a rotating seasonal selection of teas, finger sandwiches, jams, salads, and petit fours, ensuring that each time you join us, you'll discover something new and delightful. We look forward to welcoming you back for more unforgettable moments.
Our Afternoon Tea service is available by reservation only and is a 90-minute timed experience. Please select from one of our available seating times. For groups of 5 or more guests, we kindly request that you call 718-568-4177 to make reservations in advance.
Accommodating each of our guests is of utmost importance to us.
Please provide us with 48 hours advance notice of any special dietary needs.
We warmly welcome children and are pleased to accommodate their preferences with a selection of sandwiches tailored to their tastes.
